  Kidney beans with tomato rice Ingredients one cup of Rice 2 medium sizes tomatoes one small can ( make sure to rinse kidney beans in strainer) of kidney beans. 4 tablespoons of tomato paste one tea spoon of chopped garlic or half teaspoon of garlic paste 1/2 inch chopped or half teaspoon of ginger paste 2 medium size of Onion Add salt to taste half teaspoon of red chili 3 teaspoon of comin powder 3 teaspoon of coriander less then half teaspoon of black cardamon powder  2 tablespoons crushed. Oil Preparation wash rice and set aside. Let it soak for 10 minutes. Chop one onion into very fine small pieces. Add oil in pan let it get warm add onion and let it get caramelized then add garlic ginger paste. Mix well for few minutes add immediately 2 tablespoons of paste stir and then add kidney beans with 4 cups of water.let it cooks on medium heat for 10 minutes. Now cut one onion into long wedges. Chop tomatoes into small pieces. Add 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan when it gets warm add onion

  Cake Yazdi: Ingredients Eggs : 3  one cup of sugar  one and half cup of flour 1 tsp Baking powder Half  tsp of baking soda one big tbsp of cardamon powder one tbsp vanilla extract 4 tbs of rose water half cup of oil Plain yogurt : half cup  of yogurt Sesame seeds to garnish Preparation In a bowl add all dry ingredients. Flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cardamom powder. Mix well and set aside. ( use strainer for cardamom powder to get fine mixer of cardamom powder ). Beat eggs with sugar in cake mixer stand or with an egg beater until you get a creamy texture. Add oil in the mixture and then slowly add rose water and vanilla extract and mix. Now add dry ingredients flour mixture and mix well at the end add yogurt and mix well. Add mixer in cupcake baking paper. On top garnish with sesame seeds. Bake cupcakes for 30 minutes or until you see they turn in to golden brown color on 350 Fahrenheit. Get your hardcopy of the cookbook

It is a major cause of disability. Heart in our body pumps the blood and it takes the blood from the rest of the body. It carries the deoxygenated blood from the body and gives the oxygenated blood to the body. Deoxygenated blood : blood that does not have carried oxygen. Oxygenated blood: blood that carries oxygen. The heart takes deoxygenated blood and transfers it into the lungs where it carries oxygen then it comes back to the heart. That oxygenated blood is pumped to the rest of the body. When the clogging done in the arteries enough, the blood flow stopped to the rest of the body. These are the arteries that carry blood to the heart. The heart also a muscle and needs itself oxygen.
