 HEALTHY VEGETABLE RECIPE FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Weight gain is the biggest problem in European countries also in Asia. People want to become slim and look more attractive and gorgeous. For weight loss, we have to change our diet and lifestyle like doing exercise, avoid junk food and cold drinks, eating vegetables and fruits.

The perfect body is the dream of everyone nowadays. Due to our unhealthy diet, we gradually become overweight.

Ingredients we use to make this recipe are given below.


  1. 1 Garlic
  2. 1 tsp olive oil
  3. 1/4 medium yellow onion
  4. 1 medium carrot
  5. 1/4 medium red pepper
  6. 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  7. 1/8 tsp chili powder
  8. salt and black pepper
  9. 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  10. 5 OZ or 10 tsp diced tomatoes
  11. 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  12. 1/2 cup water 
  13. 2 OZ red beans cooked 
  14. 1 tsp chopped parsley

HOW TO COOK THIS RECIPE

Take a pan to add olive oil and mashed garlic(you can also cut it into small pieces). cooked it just a few seconds on a flame. After that add a yellow onion cook, it one minute then add carrot and red bell pepper. add cumin powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.


 Cook it until it mixes well with vegetables. Add diced tomatoes, water, and vegetable broth. Covered it with the lid and cook until all water absorbed by vegetables and it becomes dry. At last, we added cooked red beans and 1 tsp chopped parsley.

again cover it with lid for one to two minutes.

Now it is ready to eat, you can take it as your breakfast or lunch.

Play and exercise

Play and exercise daily because it remains you active and physically fit. Daily exercises also burn fat and also avoid the formation of more fats in the body.

Sleep

Everyone should have to sleep 6 to 8 hours a day for a healthy day. Sleep refreshes your mind and reduces frustration.

Healthy diet

Almost about 80% of our diet should be healthy food. It contains fruit vegetables to avoid the intake of junk foods more.

Reading

To be mentally fit we have to read books that's makes us mentally healthy and active.

Avoid cold drinks

Avoid drinking cold drinks because it's very harmful to your health. Drinking a lot of water at least 2 liters in a day.
