The main ingredient of guacamole is avocados who have a large number of health benefits.


That recipe is also too good for our health. You should have to add it to your diet because of its benefits for health and taste.

Let’s start our tasty today recipe which is guacamole.

Ingredients

There is a list of ingredients which we need to make a recipe.

  • 2 Avocados

  • ½ Onions

  • 2 Small Tomatoes

  • 1 Jalapeno pepper

  • 1 Lemon

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • Some leaves of coriander

Guacamole


Method of preparation

Firstly we need to remove the hard peel of avocados and transfer it into the clean bowl. Squeeze lemon on the avocado and fix it and make a creamy texture by mashing the avocados.


Set it aside. Now peel the onion and cut them into small pieces. Add it to the mashed avocados. Also, take the tomatoes to cut it into small pieces and into mashed avocados.  


You need to remove the seeds of tomatoes so the guacamole does not become watery. Cut the pepper small and in it again. Mash garlic and finely chopped coriander add to the recipe.  Add salt to taste and mix it very well.

Now serve it to anyone.
