What is insomnia?
Insomnia is a common disease in humans that make difficulties in sleep, problems that occur during sleep, going to bed but do not asleep, and early wake-up.
In this way, your sleep is not enough to recover your body properly. During the next day you feel lazy, tired, and affects work performance.
The during of sleep is vary person to person, some need seven to eight hours, some need four to six hours to recover the body.
There are two types of insomnia :
Acute insomnia
Chronic insomnia
Acute insomnia
It is very short term like some weeks or days adults experience insomnia.
Chronic insomnia
It is long term last month or more than month adults experience insomnia which causes other medical problems.
What are the symptoms of insomnia?
Following are the symptoms of insomnia:
Wake up too early
Wake during sleep
Feel lazy, tired during work
Depression, anxiety, and feel anger
Error occur frequently due to lack of concentration.
Face difficulty in falling asleep at night
If you feel that hard to work during the day time then you should contact the doctor and discuss your problems with the doctor.
Causes of insomnia
Following are the causes of the insomnia
Stress
Stress is the common cause of insomnia. During the life of person faces problem in work, school, health, finances or family. The most critical when love one’s death, divorce, or break up these are associated with the emotion of person causes serious stress which leads to insomnia.
Sleepless night
The habits of sleep are poor like use bed for work, watching tv, use computers, video games, use smartphones, irregular bedtime, include stimulating work before bed.
Disturb internal clock
The internal clock of the body sets the time of sleep, metabolism, body temperature, and activeness in the body. If you disturb the internal clock then it causes insomnia.
Eating
Taking a heavy dinner or late-night dinner cause insomnia because the backflow of acid or food from the stomach to the esophagus wakes you in the night.Taking light dinner good for health and sleep.
Medical illness
If the health of a person is not good then he takes stress or feels pain in the body which causes the prevent from falling asleep.
Caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine
Taking coffee or caffeinated things (drinks ) stimulates the body when taking in night time cause serious disturbance of internal clock.
Alcohol and help you fall asleep but prevents you from a deep sleep. Same as nicotine in tobacco disturbs the sleep cycle.

During the daytime stay active in regular activities helps in good sleep.
Check the timing of naps during the daytime or avoid the naps.
Do not use any stimulates like nicotine, caffeine, and alcohol.
Take light dinner and avoid the late-night dinner
Avoid the night activities.
